Sorry for the delay to the diary section.  Long time no hear from...I know.  Anyway, Lots to report since the last entry.

#1:  ROCK BOAT 2003.

Simply put...It was the best time I have ever had in my life.  Anyone who doesn't go next year eats boogers.  Here is a picture of our ship

My buddy Fransisco Vidal got me booked on it and I met some of the coolest people ever.  My Jager bill was huge because I thought that I got them for free.  WRONG.  But by the second day...people were buying me enough shots to keep me drunk and woozy for the next decade.  Thanks to all of you who bought me shots.  Big ups to ya!

Anyway, I jammed with Pat McGee on the first night of the cruise and I think we won the "Drunkest Persons On The Boat" prize for night number one.  The only thing that sucked donkey penis is that some jagoff stole my brand new digital camera.  It only had ONE friggin picture on it!!!  It was an awesome picture of Me and my buddies Fransisco Vidal, Micheal Weeman (from BMI), and David Ryan Harris.

Here is my drawing of it:

I have SCARY ART SKILLS huh?  (those are earrings on Dave... he is not a Vulcan)  Once I figure out how to post my pictures on the "Pictures" part of my website I will put all of my Rock Boat Pix up.

Anyway, Cary Pierce (Jackopierce...? Vineyard...? I play it all the time...duh?) asked me to introduce him for his shows.  Here is the note he wrote me:

I saw tons of bands on this boat.  Some of them I haven't seen play live in like forever so it was good to finally get to see them.  Edwin McCain was awesome as usual.  I had never seen Tonic before and they were pretty coolio.  They did a kickass cover of Suspicious Minds by Elvis.  Angie Aparo is nothing short of a genius(he is actually short too...about 5ft 4...if I had to guess) He wrote that song "Cry" by Faith Hill.  I think he does it better but I would rather see her nekkid more than him.  Sorry Angie. Cary Pierce was awesome(probably because I introduced him)  My buddy Fransisco did a song with him.  Cool huh?  I had forgotten how good Sister Hazel is.  Holy Shit they were good.  Consider me a "Hazelnut!"

And I'll bet my left hazelnut you guys can't guess how my shows went....!  OK...My shows were in a word....History Making!! (that's actually two words but you get it!!)  I played mostly in the Mirage lounge.  I know it sounds cheezy loungey but it was great.  I was brilliant.  You shoulda been there.  I played some with Fransisco out by the pool.  Girls in bikinis are fun.

Although most of the bands were good, David Ryan Harris's show was friggin INCREDIBLE!  I felt transported.  If any of you have not had a chance to check him out, you are truly wasting your life away. You might have seen Dave play with John Mayer last Saturday night on Saturday Night Live.  Dave is now in the number 3 spot of my all time coolest famous people that I have met.  (He may not be famous now but...you just wait!!)  Here is my list:

#1  James Taylor

#2  Tom Selleck

#3  DAVID RYAN HARRIS

#4  Chuck Belden

#5 #6  Mission 19 (Joe and Ryan)

#7  Nick Carter

#8  Shrek

#9  Kobe Bryant

#10  Kobe's Accuser

My Georgia Bulldogs are kicking some ass!  I saw the UGA/Clemson game on the Rock Boat in the Polo lounge.  It was Me, some guy who I forgot his name, and my buddy Mike Lee from the band The Rising.

Here is a picture of Me and Mike Lee watching Georgia whup Clempthson's Ass:

Alright.  Enough about the Rock Boat.

IN OTHER NEWS:

The shows in Charlotte have been off the hizzy for shizzy.  (that's gangsta talk yo)

Woody has moved to Charlotte perminantly and will be playing either drums or congas with me on thursdays fridays and saturdays.  We Rock!  No I mean we REALLY ROCK!

Rock! Rock on! Rock and roll! Rocking! Rock out! Rock it! Rock sock! Rock doc! Rock mock! Rock in the wok! Tick tock! Wear your smock! Did you knock? Chicken pock! On the dock! Don't be a cock! Packin a glock! Now in hock! That's a crock! Out of stock!

The new site is up!!! Matt did a great job. If any
fans (also referred to as "IDIOTS", not by me however)
are still paying attention after the web site 2 year
hiatus...I apologize for the delay. I can't tell you
how many times I've heard "Damn it Munns, update that
(expletive) site already....geez!" It has been quite a
wirlwind of a year. Let's review:
New Home (Charlotte)
New Bar (Buckhead Saloon Charlotte)
New Attitude (more "The Man Show" than "Queer Eye for
The Straight Guy")
New haircut (brazillian....what?)
New website (finally)
New girlfriend (Katie Holmes...drool)
New Truck (Toyota 4 runner) I really love the 4
runner but I know some of you are asking "Where is the
Big Fucking Bronco?" Here is the unofficial official
story:

The Bronco, also affectionately referred to as the
BFB, went through it's second transmission on the last
trip from Vail to South Carolina. She went out 20
miles from home, 20 MILES!! I put in a new one
and THAT one blew on my last trip from Chicago. I
really wanted to put a 4th transmission in but I
finally realized it was time to put the ole girl
down. (tear drop) I am however in the process of
writing a new song about the BFB but sometimes the
memories are just too painful. Bear with me please.

So the new bar is off the heezy. Excuse me if I fall
back into my West Side...uuhhh Vail roots and go a bit
gangsta on ya ass, I'm trying to move on from those
days, sorry. Anyway, for those of you that don't live
in the Carolinas...two words...ROAD TRIP. The Saloon
is amazing rocking 800+ nightly which, by the way,
over half are starry eyed beautiful southern girls
captivated by my brilliance. Aww, I truly love the
south. If you can't make it to North Cackalacki....I
have my schedule posted thru March. I will be in Vail
again quite a bit this winter and I am trying to get
up to Chicago and down to Atlanta more often so some
of those dates might change.

Enjoy the new site and please sign up for the "New and
Improved" email list. It truly is the best way for me
to keep you updated on all the Scott Munns happenings
and sightings. You can also email yours truly from
it. It will be like we're best friends. We can talk
about all sorts of things from College football
to....uhhh, College football yaaah. I will try to do
better about getting back to all of you. And don't be
nervous about signing up for the email list. Aside
from the occasional soft core pop-up, you should have
nothing to worry about. No junk emails....I swear.

I know I was kinda slack about diary entries on the
last website but this time it will be
different. I have so much more personal information
that I deeply believe the world should know about.
Once again... Olson twin style this time...pinky
swear..

Keep checking back and I hope to see all of you soon.

Uncle Munnsie
