Hi my name is Scott.
I play music on a guitar. People pay me to play so I guess it's a job
but it doesn't seem like one. It's more like a prolonged fraternity
party that should have ended during college but everyone forgot to tell
me that I'm not in school. Sort of. Anyway...I've played in clubs throughout
the country in places such as Vail, Co, Chicago, New York, Atlanta and
Charlotte. On stage I make people sing, dance, and cause rowdy behavior.
You gotta see it to believe it.
I'm 6 foot 1. 200lbs. I went to college at Winthrop College, University
of South Carolina Spartanburg and The University of Georgia. I can sometimes
be an obnoxious Georgia Bulldog fan. My hands are caloused..(from the
guitar) I like Boston Market chicken and sunsets. I prefer boxer briefs
to the actual boxer short. My boys need a home.
I'm not afraid to say that people inspire me. Mostly in my music. Mostly
women. Mostly ripping and tearing at the few remaining heart strings
left in my hollow chest because like Abraham Lincoln once said, "I'm
a hopeless romantic who just wants to make one woman happy everyday
for the rest of her life." (actually Abraham Lincoln didn't say
that, but wouldn't it be funny if he did?)
I play regularly at The Buckhead Saloon in Charlotte, NC and in Atlanta,
Ga. Also in Vail, Colorado at The Club. I've put out 3 cd's which to
the untrained ear could be mistaken for Angels singing to the Gods.
Thank you for reading about me. I hope one day to read about you.
Scott
